2 missing Tucson children found safe in Oregon

PORTLAND - A missing brother and sister from Tucson are in protective custody after U.S. marshals in Oregon found them with a man they arrested on outstanding warrants.

he children are 11-year-old Anthony Vincent and 10-year-old Brooklyn Vincent.

They were listed as "endangered missing" on the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children Web site. They had last been seen July 29th in Elko, Nevada.

Arrested was 33-year-old James Nelson Petty.

Petty and the Vincent children were with a woman and four other children at an RV park in Silverton, Oregon. The woman wasn't arrested, but the other four children also were placed in protective custody.

Petty was arrested on warrants out of five states, including a fraud warrant issued in Arizona
