More than 1,900 people have been arrested on suspicion of drunken driving in Arizona by a holiday DUI task force that ends Wednesday.
On Saturday alone, more than 162 people were arrested on suspicion of DUI. They had an average blood-alcohol content of .13.
Of the overall 1,900 people arrested since the task force began on Thanksgiving, the average BAC was .15 - almost double the legal limit.
More than 120 of those arrested since Nov. 27 were minors.
