  Only 17% believe the borders are safe! The proper question is "What by way of heavy new taxes are you willing to pay in order to make the borders completely secure? Would $1 Trillion dollars be enough? Where 83% believe the borders are not safe and most of those same people want to reduce Federal spending, we have 83% of our population acting like yoyos!
