Goodwill of Central Arizona will open a new store and donation center Nov. 4 at 4412 E. University Drive. The location, where University meets Greenfield Road, was originally scheduled to open Oct. 14.
Visitors who donate items at the grand opening, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. that day, will receive a coupon good for $5 off their next purchase at that location through Nov. 6.
In addition, the first 150 people in line when the doors open will get a gift card worth $5 at any Goodwill store.
Last Friday, Goodwill opened a new store at the Pavilions at Talking Stick in Scottsdale. The 23,555-square-foot space includes a career center equipped with Internet-connected computers, printers, telephones and fax machines at no cost to the community as part of Goodwill's mission to offer training and other services to job seekers.
