$17 Service Fee? Rate increase? Don't these people care what is happening to the economy and the drive to government take over? If Bush tax cuts are not extended, health insurance is already increased, price at the pumps is slowing economy, folks are losing homes, devaluation in properties are raising property taxes on those that still have a home, every utility oriented company justifies costs based on improvements. Solar and wind really? This is the most ridiculous time and place for any kind of increase but execs at SRP in their swivel chairs aren't the unemployed folks that can't find work or the folks working two jobs to keep kids fed. This is increase is a typical snake oil sales pitch for more greed.
