FreeLife International, a direct-sales nutritional company that operates in 26 countries, has established its world headquarters in Phoenix.
The company held a grand opening this week attended by Gov. Jan Brewer.
The governor said the company has already created more than 100 high-wage jobs and plans to grow to 300 positions in the next three years.
FreeLife holds multiple annual conventions that draw international salespeople and business executives and will put Phoenix in the spotlight, said Mayor Phil Gordon.
The company's new headquarters building is energy-efficient, having received a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) silver certification.
