Real Estate Disposition, the nation's largest real estate auction company, has sold 713 foreclosure homes for $68.3 million during its just-completed auctions in Arizona and Minnesota.
That brings its 2008 production to 16,454 foreclosure homes sold for $2.63 billion, tripling the numbers from 2007 when it sold 4,103 foreclosed homes for $920 million.
Consumers walked away with "incredible deals" in Arizona and Minnesota, said Jeffrey Frieden, the firm's CEO.
