Scottsdale-based Trilogy by Shea Homes said Wednesday it will offer BP Solar power systems as a standard feature on new Shea Green Certified homes across the nation.

The three-kilowatt photovoltaic systems will reduce electric bills by up to 60 percent, the company said.

Scottsdale-based American Solar Electric will install the systems at Trilogy's Arizona communities.
