  So with all these empty big box stores scattered all over the east valley, why can' t the city be flexible enough to let these eyesores be used for wharehouses instead of letting them become an ugly blight on our community. It is time to get our heads out of the sand snd begin to concentrate on real infill development or this city and its myriad of empty strip malls anchored by empty big box eyesores will end up looking like Detroit.So
