WHAT IS FULTON RANCH?
Fulton Ranch is a master planned community of 520 acres being developed by Tempe-based Fulton Homes in Chandler.
It will include more than 600 single-family and custom homes as well as condominiums developed by Scottsdale-based Cachet homes.
The community is now under construction and will be centered around lakes, parks and walking trails. As part of the project, three corners surrounding the development have been set aside for retail outlets and services to benefit the community’s residents and surrounding neighbors.
“We think we’ve got a pretty great area here. This is really serving a market that’s growing to the south and to the east,” said John Bacon, vice president of marketing for RED Development. The Scottsdalebased company is developing the retail components of Fulton Ranch.
“We’re pretty excited about all the stuff we’ve got going on,” Bacon said.
FULTON RANCH TOWNE CENTER
The 41-acre center sits at the southwest corner of Arizona Avenue and Ocotillo Road and will ultimately have 350,000 square feet of retail space. While Lowe’s and Cupz Coffee are among stores that are now open, additional stores and eateries are coming online throughout the summer, including a Ross Dress for Less that’s now under construction.
