Having dealt with Follett at our small college bookstore in Northern Nevada for the past seven years as a professor, I sure hope ASU knows what it is getting itself into. Poor service, failure to send enough books, high prices will be the end result for students and faculty. Make sure that you keep the webpage for Amazon and others handy!!
