Conducting a job search is one of the most stressful things you will ever have to do. Why do it alone? Maricopa Workforce Connections invites you to visit a Career Center.

The centers are designed to assist career seekers with their job search, show them how to become the top applicant, help them move through the stressful interview process and how to select the best career path.

Each center offers a variety of top-notch services and partner resources free of charge. At the centers, clients will find state-of- the-art computer labs with fax machines, phones, copiers, job leads, and resource areas. In addition, MWC has cutting edge workshops that cover topics such as writing a winning resume, interviewing tips that guarantee results, using the Internet for your job search and deciphering labor market information to help you make the correct choice.

The centers offer services for all levels of employment. Since networking is the premier way to find a job, the centers offer classes on how to network and host Job Clubs that allow you to practice your skills. Staff members work one-on-one with clients to help them identify goals and develop a career path that meets their individual needs.

The centers are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (except federal holidays). In the East Valley an MWC Career Center is located at 735 N. Gilbert Road in Gilbert (corner of Guadalupe and Gilbert roads). Get inspired to get hired, visit" class="content-link" target="791"> today!
