Honestly, I was surprised when recently I have heard that there are young people who do not know the difference between federal and private student loans.I think that it's better to avoid private student loans, their interest ates may change during repayment term ,while federal student loans have flexible interest rates. Private student loans sometimes are much more expensive than federal ones and sometimes borrowers ask providers of payday advance for finacial help to pay off the loans. Government offers better terms and conditions of student loans, also there are subsidies and programs. In some particular occasions loans can be forgiven or you may take part in a program wbich offers convenient and small payments, and if take out a private student loan you can not take part in this program.
