Fulton Homes announced the grand opening of its first property to offer move-in costs as low as $750.
The property, Ironwood Crossing, at Ironwood and Ocotillo roads in Queen Creek, features 2,107 home sites on a first-come, first-serve basis. The three new communities are priced from the mid-$100,000s, and some of the homes feature super-sized garages with more than four bays. The homes will range from 1,302 to 4,065 square feet, and from three to nine bedrooms.
Ironwood Crossing, which will offer 20 parks, playgrounds, ramadas, basketball courts, an aquatic center and a K-6 elementary school, is scheduled to open in 2009.

On the commercial side, CB Richard Ellis negotiated the $7.25 million sale of Mesa Executive Park, an 80,067-square-foot office complex located at 1255 W. Baseline Road in Mesa.
The buyer was Wilson Property Services Inc. of Scottsdale. The office park consists of four two-story buildings and was built in 1982. It is 61 percent leased, and tenants include Kimley-Horn and Associates, Maricopa County Environmental Services and Southwest Behavioral Health Services.
REAL ESTATE SUPPLY
A new Web site claiming to be “real estate’s only leading indicator” may allow potential home buyers and investors to predict future housing market conditions in their area.
ListingSupply.com, launched in Scottsdale, monitors daily changes in the number of properties listed for sale in several of the nation’s largest housing markets. Homebuyers waiting for a bottom in prices can watch for shrinking home supplies locally or nationally. Investors can compare supply changes in various markets to determine which markets might have the highest demand and price appreciation in the future.
