Maricopa Workforce Connections has a dedicated staff of professionals in its Business Services Unit who are committed to providing businesses with an extraordinary menu of services designed to save time and money and improve overall efficiency.

The Business Services Menu consists of recruitment assistance through job postings, job fairs, candidate screening, Internet-based virtual recruiter, and reorganization assistance. Most of these services are available at no cost to employers conducting business within Maricopa County. Business Services also offers and manages grant monies available for businesses who promote on-the-job training or training of incumbent workers. These products have proven to be beneficial for local businesses and have helped businesses compete at a higher level.

Now Maricopa Workforce Connections also offers Business Services Centers in conjunction with its One Stop Centers to provide additional assistance and support to business customers. The first Business Services Center was launched in the East Valley in Gilbert and accommodated more than 170 employers in its first year of operation. The next generation Business Services Center is currently in the works to be dedicated in the west Valley to serve west Valley business customer’s needs.

The Business Services Centers offer meeting facilities for business customers and Chambers of Commerce, interview space, audio/visual equipment, and high-speed internet connected computers, copiers and a library of resources for business research, in addition to the one-on-one business consultation services provided by Maricopa Workforce Connections Business Account Representatives.

You can connect with Maricopa Workforce Connections Business Services by calling the HOTLINE (602) 506-WORK (9675), or call a Business Accounts Representative directly. In the East Valley: (480) 497-0350.
