Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, a division of Wells Fargo Bank, will have a hiring event 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Jan. 9 and 10 at the Phoenix Convention Center to fill more than 900 new jobs.

The employment expansion comes after Wells Fargo announced a new facility in Tempe. The company will be hiring employees for the Tempe office, as well as other existing mortgage locations.

When fully operational, the new building will house existing employees and create 300 new, full-time positions. Additionally, the two existing Tempe locations at 711 W. Broadway Road and 1150 W. Washington Street will add 600 jobs.

All candidates must have experience in mortgage loan underwriting, mortgage loan processing, mortgage telesales or mortgage lending, audit and quality control. Opportunities include both manager and individual contributor roles.

The Phoenix Convention Center is located at 100 N. Third St., Phoenix.

Easy on the all caps, Leo. In this medium that's a sign of willful disrespect and ignorance. At least one of those is discouraged in any civil discourse...
