Mesa investor buys QC manufacturing building Tribune East Valley Tribune | 0 comments

Ranchland Holdings I, LLC, of Mesa purchased a 16,615 square-foot industrial manufacturing building in Queen Creek for $1.1 million, according to a news release.

Built in 2004, the building at 21775 E. McCowan Lane is a one-story, reinforced concrete structure with 13,114 square feet of warehouse and 3,500 square feet of office space, the release said.
