Three Verizon wireless retail stores opened in the East Valley. The stores, which offer wireless phone and data service and products, opened at the Crossroads Towne Center at 2640 E. Germann Road in Chandler, 1804 S. Signal Butte Road in Mesa and Scottsdale Fashion Square at the corner of Scottsdale Road and Goldwater Boulevard in Scottsdale.
A company news release said the new stores will have bill-payment kiosks and television monitors with information on handsets and other accessories.
A Wallis Designs opened at 15551 N. Greenway-Hayden Loop in Scottsdale. The store sells interior products for the home.

A.V.E., which stands for Audio Video Editor, is located near the southwest corner of Alma School and Queen Creek roads in The Falls at Ocotillo Shopping Center.
A.V.E., which will also transfer footage from 8mm slides and Betamax tapes, has two locations in Scottsdale and Surprise.
Avante Salon & Spa is the newest addition to SanTan Village shopping center in Gilbert.
The beauty salon and spa offers hair, nails, face and body treatments.
SanTan Village, developed by Westcor, is located at Loop 202 and Williams Field Road, and will host a grand opening on October 26.
A T-Mobile retail store is planned for 1705 S. Greenfield Road in Mesa. The stores offer everything from cellular phone service to accessories.
