On the residential front, Taylor Morrison has announced its Odyssey Series of new homes at Shamrock Estates in Gilbert.
Plans range from 1,798 to 2,375 square feet and start in the $260,000s. Shamrock Estates is in the Chandler Unified School District.
Taylor Morrison specializes in building both master-planned and urban-infill neighborhoods in more than 280 communities in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Nevada and Texas. The company also operates under the Monarch brand in Ontario, Canada, where it builds single-family homes and high-rise condominiums.
