Canadian real estate photography and appraisal firm Zaio Corp. is moving its U.S. headquarters from Tempe to Pima Center, the 1,000,000-square-foot commercial office complex at Via de Ventura and Loop 101 on Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community land. Pima Center carries a Scottsdale address, despite its location just east of the city border.

Zaio said in a statement the move marks a period of rapid expansion as the company “continues to play an important role in helping lenders to solve the mortgage crisis by supplying a wide range of appraisal services in all 50 states.”
