The Gilbert Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for outstanding businesses and community leaders in recognition at the 17th Annual Gilbert Community Excellence Awards.
Nominations will be excepted through August 31 for representatives of Gilbert Public Schools, Higley Unified School District (educator, support staff and volunteer) and Chandler-Gilbert Community College (educator and employee).
Nominations for municipal awards (volunteer, outstanding neighborhood, and public service), community awards (beautification, Gilbert young hero and Geneva Clay Community Volunteer) and Chamber business awards (Leon Uhlhorn Visionary Awards) will be open until September 21.
