National Real Estate Auction Corp. expects to have more 150 properties at the Great Arizona Real Estate Auction on Nov. 23.
The event will take place at the Phoenix Airport Marriott, 4300 E. Washington St. Registration begins at 12:30 p.m. and the bidding will start at 1 p.m.
Brad Schwartzman, the company's director of marketing, said all 150 properties share one thing in common - motivated sellers who hope to establish a fair market price through the auction.
