T.W. Lewis and National Real Estate Auction Corp. are working together to auction more than 40 new homes in the Arizona market while raising money for charities. The auction is 12:30 p.m. Sunday at the Phoenix Airport Marriott.
In addition to the T.W. Lewis homes, National plans to auction more than 100 residential, commercial and investment properties valued at more than $60 million from Flagstaff to Casa Grande. Property prices currently range from the low $100,000s to more than $1 million.
Brad Schwartzman, director of marketing for National, said all properties have one thing in common: motivated sellers who hope to establish a fair market price through the auction process. National expects to have more than 150 properties at the auction.
