Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to find anew home that is NOT in an HOA. That is a deal breaker for us. Build some new homes without the HOAs as we will be there in a heart beat.

You only have to drive around Apache Junction for a wile to see what areas without a HOA is like. If you want the freedom of 10 vehicles in and around your yard, an old trailer home rotting in the back yard, or multiple dogs barking day an night, then no HOA is for you.
