LGE Design Build will design and construct a 154,000-square-foot medical office space, including 15,000 square feet of retail space, at Higley Gateway Professional Center, adjacent to Banner Gateway Medical Center in Gilbert.
The office and professional plaza will now be 10 percent larger than originally planned to accommodate growing demand. Square footage will total close to three football fields and will be aimed at housing individual medical practices.
Higley Gateway is the fourth medical project that is either being designed or constructed by LGE this year.
