The College Park Center at the northwest corner of Baseline and Rural roads has been sold for $10.5 million. New York-based Kimco Realty bought the Tempe center from College Park Shopping Center LLC, according to the seller's broker.
The center was built in phases from the 1970s through the 2000s and underwent a major renovation in 2007. The nearly 6-acre center is more than 97 percent leased with tenants including Whole Foods, McDonalds, H&R Block and Starbuck's. Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented the seller.
