UTAZ Development Corp. has announced a new commercial real estate concept: luxury medical per diem offices.The offices range from 2,000 to 2,200 square feet, and lease terms can be as short as six months and as long as two years.
The purpose of the medical per diem is twofold:
To provide doctors and other health care practitioners an opportunity to establish a new practice or to expand an existing practice in a new community.
To provide temporary office space for medical practitioners who are waiting for new office space to be completed.
