On the heels of the recent announcement of the second phase of restaurants soon to be brought to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, the first phase is underway with a host of establishments already open.

Dilly’s Deli, an East Valley lunch haunt with multiple locations in Tempe and Chandler — and specializing in sandwiches, salads and soups — recently opened with grab-and-go items intended for travelers to take with them on the plane.

Sauce, also with a significant East Valley presence, and Focaccia Fiorentine also opened recently.

Others set to open in June as part of the HMSHost contract include Blanco Tacos & Tequila, Modern Burger, Barrio Café and La Madeline. In July, Press Coffee and El Bravo will open, with Sir Veza’s, Cartel Coffee Lab, Chelsea’s Kitchen, Starbucks and La Grande Orange to open in August. NYPD Pizza and Cowboy Ciao will round out Phase one in October.More details on the recent phase two announcement — which includes East Valley restaurants Joe’s Real BBQ and Four Peaks Brewing Company — can be found online at evtnow.com/30g.

My only question: will the prices be the same as the restaurant outside the airport?
