This fall, you can hop a plane from Williams Gateway Airport in Mesa to Stockton, Calif. for only $59 or to Sioux Falls, S.D. for $99.

Las Vegas-based Allegiant Air announced today it will fly round-trips from its new East Valley hub to the central California hot spot starting Oct. 26 and to its second South Dakota location Oct. 25.

The Airline said it will fly 130-seat MD-80 jets on both routes.

Already announced Mesa service includes flights to and from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Chicago Rockford, Ill., Bellingham, Wash., Missoula, Mont., and Rapid City, S.D. All will be direct flights to places that currently do not have non-stop service from the Valley.

Roundtrips to Stockton are scheduled on Mondays and Fridays. Flights will leave Mesa at 7:40 a.m. arriving in Stockton at 8:30 a.m. Allegiant will depart Stockton at 9:05 a.m. arriving at Williams Gateway at 11:55 a.m.

Flights to Sioux Falls will be on Thursdays and Sundays. Planes will leave Mesa at 3:25 p.m., arriving in Sioux Falls at 8 p.m. local time, and depart Sioux Falls at 8:35 p.m., arriving at Williams Gateway at 9:25 p.m.

Six more Williams Gateway destinations are scheduled to be announced within the next few weeks.

The $59 and $99 one-way fares are introductory rates for flights booked by Sept. 15 for travel through Feb. 10, Allegiant said. After the introductory fare period, regular one-way fares between Mesa and Stockton start at $79, and fares jump to $119 for the Sioux Falls route, Allegiant said.

Passengers can make reservations at www.allegiantair.com or through the reservations center at (702) 505-8888.
