Pulte Homes plans to consolidate hundreds of its employees across the Valley, and even some in Tucson, to a new Valley corporate headquarters building this fall in Scottsdale.

In October, the home builder will relocate its Valley headquarters to the second phase of Cavan Real Estate Investments' Raintree Corporate Center. The 150,000-square-foot office building is under construction at the northeast corner of Raintree Drive and Loop 101 in northeast Scottsdale.

The company now has less than 100 employees in the first phase of Raintree Corporate Center, said spokeswoman Jacque Petroulakis.

About 350 executive, administrative and support personnel will occupy 125,000 square feet. The work force eventually will occupy all 150,000 square feet of the building.

“This move allows Pulte to bring all of our operating teams together and take advantage of the many synergies that come from operating in one location,” said John Chadwick, president of Pulte Homes' Arizona area. “As Pulte operations grow in Arizona, this enhances our ability to improve communication and operational excellence to benefit home buyers, vendors and our employees.”

Many executive, administrative and support personnel are currently spread across Pulte's offices at its communities across the Valley, Petroulakis said.

Those offices will remain open and will house only employees needed at the various communities, she said.
