Phoenix-based Hewson Co. said this week it sold two buildings totaling 100,000 square feet in Mesa.
The buildings were part of the Hewson Dover Business Center located near Loop 202’s Red Mountain Freeway and Greenfield Road.
The larger of the two buildings, an 88,047 square foot industrial building, was sold to GPO North Oakland II for a reported $12 million.
The second building was purchased by Arizona-based NG Lipspa, who will convert the space into a day spa.
