Cows, liquor & conversation at Super Farm

Edible Exchange, a local company that connects communities to locally grown food through barter, is having its second educational series — “Moos, Booze & Schmoose” — from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Thursday, July 19 at Superstition Farm, 440 S. Hawes Road.

“Moos, Booze & Schmoose” attendees will be able to meet the local dairy farmer, eat dinner from the Super Farm Food Truck, tour the farm and shop the indoor Farmer’s Market. In addition, all guests will be able to make an ice cream sundae, float or shake from products from Udder Delights, the farm’s free-standing ice cream store. Adults over 21 will be able to pair liquor with their ice cream.

The event is open to the public, as well as Barter Group members. The cost for the event is $35 for an individual ticket or $60 for two. RSVP to Lori Baker at (480) 443-0322 or via email at lori@bartergroup.com.
