Mostly cloudy skies will again keep temperatures from warming too much. Highs will stay well below normal, only topping out in the mid 90s.
By Wednesday, an area of low pressure moving into northern California will help bring back a drier southwesterly flow to our state. This will keep conditions dry in the Valley through the rest of the week. A few showers and storms will still be possible in the higher elevations to our east and across northern Arizona.
As drier air moves in, temperatures will gradually warm back up. Highs will be closer to normal by the second half of the week, topping out near 105. Overnight lows will fall into the low to mid 80s under mostly clear skies.
