The Maricopa County Air Quality Department is enforcing mandatory No Burn Day restrictions Saturday and Sunday due to a high pollution advisory. The air quality forecast suggests stagnant air, low wind and winter inversions will trap fine particulate pollution close to the ground, according to a news release.
