Construction on Loop 202 will require drivers to show some patience Monday morning.

The Arizona Department of Transportation, which is working to widen the freeway overpass, will install temporary traffic signals restricting access to on-ramp lanes from Scottsdale Road.

“The Scottsdale Road left-turn bays and on-ramps leading to east and westbound Loop 202 will be narrowed to one lane,” according to an ADOT press release.

Monday’s work is part of a $189 million project to add lanes to Loop 202.
