Sports entrepreneur Jerry Colangelo spoke to the Surprise Regional Chamber of Commerce about his experience in both Phoenix and national athletics. Colangelo was approached by Gov. Jan Brewer for help with the Arizona Department of Commerce. Colangelo recommends privatizing the Department, making room for the Arizona Commerce Authority.
