Ballet Etudes has announced its auditions for both its company on Aug. 25 and for the dance academy’s production of The Nutcracker on Sept. 8.
Dancers between the ages of 9 and 18 are invited to audition for the company. All company members will be cast in the two full-length productions, The Nutcracker and Alice in Wonderland, with the opportunity to appear in other performances.
Company auditions will be at the school, 2401 E. Baseline Road in Gilbert. Registration will begin at 12:45 p.m. for intermediate dancers, with a technique audition from 1:15 p.m. to 3 p.m. Advanced dancers will begin registration at 2:45 p.m., with a 90-minute technique audition at 3:15 p.m. and a pointe audition from 4:45 p.m. to 6 p.m.
