Young ladies who have their eyes on being a queen now have their chance.
The Fiesta Bowl is accepting applications for the 42nd Annual Fiesta Bowl Queen and Court Scholarship Program. Each year the title of Fiesta Bowl Queen and Court is awarded to young collegiate women in Arizona who have exhibited poise, scholastic achievement and community involvement.
Court members will attend several events over the next year, including the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl, the Fort McDowell Fiesta Bowl Parade, Fiesta Bowl Band Championship and various other community events.
If you’re interested, apply online at fiestabowl.org. All applications with required materials must be submitted no later than 5 p.m. Sept. 13.
