Kenneth Hinkle, 25, was arrested about 11 a.m. on suspicion of endangerment and four weapons-related charges. Hinkle, a documented gang member, also was arrested on suspicion of false reporting and promoting a gang and criminal syndicate.

Phoenix police later turned him over to Scottsdale police.

Although no one was hit or injured by any bullets when Hinkle allegedly fired shots behind the bar at 7018 E. Main St. on May 6, the back window of a couple’s truck was shot out, according to police.
