Shea Homes, in partnership with Sunrun, will offer solar options on several of its homes in the East Valley.
Homeowners will be able to pre-install solar on their new homes in several new communities, including Ridgeview and Hideaway at Johnson Ranch in San Tan Valley and Lantana at Power Ranch and SPACES at Evans Ranch, both in Gilbert.
Sunrun will own, maintain and insure the systems while homeowners pay a low amount upfront for the solar power. American Solar will design and install the systems.
