MedAire announce Friday it has entered into a sales agency agreement with Aviation Assistance Services Pte Ltd.-a subsidiary of International SOS. With the agreement, MedAire will be able to enhance its capabilities in medical sales and service.
James A. Williams, CEO of MedAire, said the agreement will be able to help both companies grow strategically with a relatively low capital investment and allocation of resources.
MedAire is a Phoenix-based company which provides remote medical expertise, education, and equipment for travelers in aviation and maritime industries. Aviation Assistance Services includes a team who provide aviation market intelligence and will serve as exclusive sales agent for MedAire.
