She may only be 4, but Emma Neal was spot on when she impersonated the Queen of England Wednesday during a special "cultures around the world" presentation held at Family of Christ Learning Center in Ahwatukee. According to classroom instructor Sarah Woods (next to Emma), the little girl's mother is English and has taken her daughter to the British Isles. Event organizers celebrated several other cultures in other classrooms, including Russia, Greece, Israel and more. Sept. 29, 2010
