Gabriel’s Angels: Healing children through dogs

Ahwatukee Foothills resident Pam Gaber founded the non-profit organization Gabriel's Angels to provide therapy to abused children through dogs, and the organization is sponsoring a Doggie Beach Party Saturday, Feb. 27 in Scottsdale.
