"Community policing".....isn't that what Mesa's ex-Chief of Police, Jorge Gascon instituted in his Department? Doesn't it have something to do with...."turning a blind eye "to Illegal Aliens living in the City of Phoenix or is it just de facto "Sanctuary City" Policing? Was Phoenix the first Arizona "Sanctuary City" or was it Tucson or Mesa?
Oh well, it's all moot anyway......everyone knows that Phoenix is the "San Francisco of the Desert"............[wink]
