The Phoenix Suns are seeking energetic and athletic hip-hop performers to audition for the 2011-2012 Solar Squad.
Auditions will be Aug. 27, with registration beginning at 3 p.m. at US Airways Center.
Successful candidates will be asked to attend the finals at US Airways Center beginning at 9 a.m. Aug. 28.
Prior to auditions, performers are invited to attend a free prep class from 1 to 3 p.m. Aug. 13.
Performers must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED and bring a non-returnable photo and resume.
The Solar Squad is the Suns elite hip-hop dance and interactive team which performs at each Suns home game.
