The recruiting process keeps rolling along.

I got a chance to chat with Mountain Pointe coach Norris Vaughan on Saturday while watching the Pride baseball team.

It looks like Pride running back Dillan Johnson is most likely heading to Dixie State College as previously reported and linebacker AJ Williamson is off to Pima Community College.

As far as underclassmen making waves, Pride lineman Kenny Lacy is up to 24 offers ranging from the in-state schools to other Pac-12 programs to the West Virginia to North Carolina and Big 10 schools like Michigan, Michigan State and Nebraska.

Check out a recent story on Lacy and his recruiting approach.

Desert Vista junior defensive lineman Lorenzo Melvin recently received his first offer from South Dakota State, while teammate Kaleb Germinaro doesn’t have an official offer yet but will in time.

He has taken unofficial visits to Stanford and Georgia Tech and is invited out to San Diego State next weekend.

His recently posted SAT scores now have Ivy Leagues showing interest, according to his father.

Pride sophomore wide receiver/defensive back Jalen Brown has picked up offers from Arizona, Arizona State and Yale.
