Checking out audiobooks from Maricopa County Library District just got easier with the addition of OneClickdigital audiobooks to MCLD’s growing catalogue of e-Materials.

Audiobooks from this source are available for immediate download. Individual items can be checked out for two weeks and renewed twice, each time for two weeks. Customers can check out up to 15 items at a time.

Many of the works of noted authors John Sandford, Alexander McCall Smith, Laurie R. King, Karen Kingsbury and other popular writers are accessible by using this approach.

More than 3,600 titles are available and new titles are being added weekly. Mystery and suspense genres dominate the collection but there are numerous romance and inspirational titles.

Almost 1,000 items in this collection are materials for children and young adults.

A valid MCLD library card is needed to check-out materials. To access the downloadable audiobooks, visit www.mcldaz.org and click the Download Center tab. Look for the OneClickdigital icon and click it to get set up to request the books you want.

Most audiobooks can be downloaded to a Windows-compatible personal computer or MAC for easy listening. From a computer, these audiobooks can be sent to a digital device, such as an iPod or iPhone.

Library District customer computers are not programmed to download e-Materials.
