Chandler police have arrested a Paradise Valley Unified School District bus driver on suspicion of exposing himself to a teenage girl online and arranging to meet her for sex at a park.

Detective Seth Tyler said in an email that James Louis Baker, 54, of Phoenix exposed himself on webcam during online chats with a 13-year-old girl and set up a meeting with her at a Chandler park Sept. 29 to engage in sex acts. When Baker arrived at the agreed location he was instead arrested by detectives from the Chandler Police Department’s sex crimes division and booked into a Maricopa County jail on felony charges of dangerous crimes against children.
