Ahwatukee Foothills resident Ashley Ann Ross has been accepted to the Anglo American University in Prague, Czech Republic, for the spring 2012 semester. Ross is a junior at the University of Arizona in Tucson and is majoring in political science/international business. She is also a member of Pi Beta Phi Sorority. The American University is affiliated with the University of Arizona and its study abroad program.
Ross is a 2009 graduate of Xavier College Prep in Phoenix and a former dancer in the "Ahwatukee Foothills Nutcracker Ballet." She was a dancer with the Kimberly Lewis School of Dance for more than 10 years. Ross was also a member of the Ahwatukee Foothills Chapter of the National Charity League.
Ross is the daughter of Danford Wayne Ross of Phoenix and Christine Ann Hobley of Ahwatukee Foothills.
