Arizona personal injury lawyers, Mark and Alexis Breyer of Ahwatukee Foothills, along with Peter Piper Pizza, awarded a Kyrene de los Cerritos Elementary School teacher Michelle Mandola $250 for classroom supplies and a pizza party for her class.
With the school year getting off to a busy start, Principal Darcy DiCosmo found time to surprise Mandola in front of the entire fourth grade. Mark Breyer presented her with a $250 gift card and plaque. This year with the help of Peter Piper Pizza, Mandola’s class will also receive a pizza party.
The nominations for Mandola poured in over the last month. Nominators had glowing things to say about her teaching, mentoring, and motivational skills. Nominators described Mandola as a role model for students inside as well as outside the classroom.
